About the Good News Postcard Project

What is the Good News Postcard Project?

I started it because my parents were expressing deep despair about the state of the world.
I wanted to remind them that small, happy moments still exist.

There is still good news; it just might not be the top headline. Each week (give or take), I send them a postcard that has 5 pieces of good news on it. They can be personal (ie, ‘I went to get my bone stabbed’), political (ie, ‘Pam Bondi was fired as attorney general’), or just feel-good (ie, ‘Renewables hit 49% of global electricity capacity in 2025 ').

There is still good in the world. The minute we forget that is the moment the bastards win.

Interested in Joining?

With my current schedule, I can offer a monthly good news postcard subscription. At the end of each month, I select five pieces of good news from the past thirty days and mail them to you on a handwritten postcard.

It’s a great way to fill your mailbox with more than just junk mail.
